Overview

Zeeco is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast Region to lead equipment sales efforts. You'll engage with upstream, midstream, and downstream operators, focusing on capital equipment sales. This role requires technical sales experience in the hydrocarbon processing industry.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a proactive and detail-oriented sales professional with a strong background in technical sales, particularly in the hydrocarbon processing and chemical processing industries. You possess excellent customer service skills and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including engineering contractors and corporate end users. Your ability to identify and influence decision-makers through persuasive negotiation sets you apart in a competitive sales environment.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, you have a solid technical foundation that allows you to understand customer needs and promote complex products effectively. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Your experience in capital equipment sales, particularly in the refining and petrochemical sectors, equips you with the knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.

Desirable

Preference will be given to candidates who have a minimum of 3 years of experience in capital equipment sales and a strong understanding of combustion and heat transfer equipment. Your ability to travel domestically is essential, as you will be required to meet with clients and generate inquiries across the Northeast region.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead Zeeco's equipment sales efforts in the Northeast U.S., focusing on capital equipment sales for flare systems, incineration systems, and low NOx burners. You will be responsible for contacting new and existing customers to promote Zeeco's products and services, understanding their needs, and identifying profitable sales opportunities. Your goal will be to generate inquiries, provide timely quote feedback, and close orders effectively.

You will work closely with key decision-makers at EPC and end-user customers, providing technical presentations that detail Zeeco's offerings. Your ability to obtain market intelligence regarding current and upcoming projects will be crucial in identifying potential customers and expanding the local aftermarket business. You will coordinate efforts with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
