You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams. Your ability to drive revenue growth is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to partner effectively with executive leadership to define and execute sales strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve joint success.

You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to mentor Account Executives effectively. Your experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this field. You are results-driven, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

What you'll do

As the Director of Sales at Corelight, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic & Enterprise Account Executives in the Southern California territory. Your primary responsibility will be to own and drive revenue growth within the assigned region, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. You will coach your team on effective pipeline development, deal strategy, and execution against Corelight’s sales methodology.

You will collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents and executive leadership to define and execute area sales strategies. Your role will involve ensuring consistent adoption of sales processes, playbooks, and tools across the team. You will also work closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams, to drive joint success in the region.
