Axonius is hiring an Area Director for the Northeast region to lead enterprise sales strategy and drive business growth. You'll manage a team of account executives and cultivate relationships with C-suite stakeholders. This role requires 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 10 years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or area sales leadership role, particularly within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud technology sectors. You have a documented track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets in high-growth territories, showcasing your ability to drive significant business results.

Your proficiency in analytical pipeline management, territory planning, and data-driven sales forecasting sets you apart. You are adept at managing long-term relationships with C-suite executives and CISOs, ensuring that you can secure new business and expand existing enterprise, commercial, and public-sector accounts.

What you'll do

As the Area Director for the Northeast, you will execute a regional go-to-market strategy aimed at achieving annual revenue targets. You will manage a team of both tenured enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, focusing on high-value strategic accounts. Your role will involve recruiting, mentoring, and managing this team to strengthen the company's market presence through strategic vision and operational excellence.

You will direct regional channel and alliance partner collaborations to accelerate deal cycles and expand market reach. Your responsibilities will also include managing data-driven KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasting models to ensure that your team meets its objectives. You will be expected to travel within the Northeast region for customer and partner engagement, further solidifying your relationships and understanding of the market.
