You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technical environment. You excel at building relationships across all levels of an organization, from engineering teams to C-suite executives, ensuring that customers realize the full value of the solutions you provide. Your ability to navigate complex technical discussions and translate them into actionable insights for customers sets you apart. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are driven by measurable outcomes. You understand the importance of reliability standards in software development and can communicate these effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Experience in the software or technology sector is a plus, particularly in roles that involve working closely with engineering teams. Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and internal developer portals will give you an edge in understanding Cortex's offerings. What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cortex, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our AI-powered Internal Developer Portal. You will work closely with engineering teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their software development processes.
