Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, demonstrating the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. You excel at understanding complex data and can effectively communicate how Arcadia's capabilities can meet strategic business objectives. Your problem-solving skills enable you to troubleshoot issues and lead cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. You are comfortable managing a portfolio of customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

You possess a knack for connecting strategic business objectives to the capabilities of Arcadia's platform, allowing you to guide clients through product training and support. Your experience in value-based care enhances your ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You are proactive in seeking feedback from clients and relaying it to product and engineering teams to drive improvements. Your ability to mentor and onboard new team members contributes to the overall success of the Customer Success team.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Arcadia, you will take complete responsibility for the success of non-enterprise clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. You will lead product training sessions, helping clients understand how to utilize Arcadia's capabilities effectively. Your role will involve managing customer accounts, addressing their concerns, and providing rapid support to resolve issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic customer roadmaps that focus on growth and adoption.

You will also assist in onboarding new Customer Success Analysts and Managers, sharing your expertise and best practices to foster a collaborative team environment. By working closely with product and engineering teams, you will relay customer feedback on feature improvements, ensuring that the platform evolves to meet client needs. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will drive your efforts in maintaining high data quality and facilitating smooth upgrades for clients.
