Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in demand generation or related marketing roles — you've successfully built inbound marketing strategies that drive measurable results and understand the nuances of various digital channels. Your analytical mindset allows you to experiment and optimize campaigns effectively, ensuring high-quality lead generation.
You are proficient in SEO and have hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads — you know how to leverage data to inform your decisions and improve campaign performance. Your familiarity with social media advertising, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn, enables you to create targeted campaigns that resonate with your audience.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with product marketing, sales, and operations teams — your ability to communicate effectively across departments ensures that marketing efforts align with overall business goals. You are passionate about using data to drive decisions and are always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
Desirable
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus — you understand the importance of testing different approaches to maximize effectiveness. Familiarity with marketing automation tools will also give you an edge in streamlining processes and enhancing lead nurturing.
What you'll do
As the Director of Demand Generation at Cortex, you will own the strategy and execution of our inbound marketing efforts — your primary goal will be to create scalable systems that drive high-quality leads and contribute to pipeline growth. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, paid social, and content marketing.
You will analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results — your insights will help shape future marketing strategies and ensure that we are effectively reaching our target audience. Collaborating closely with the product marketing and sales teams, you will turn traffic into real opportunities that drive revenue.
You will also be responsible for managing the marketing budget and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively — your strategic thinking will help prioritize initiatives that yield the highest return on investment. Additionally, you will mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
