You have a proven track record in demand generation, with experience in driving pipeline growth across the full funnelβfrom awareness and acquisition to conversion and expansion. You thrive in fast-moving environments and love experimentation, knowing how to turn strategy into results. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and open communication, allowing you to effectively partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and the broader Marketing team to turn insights into impactful actions.
You are data-driven and understand the importance of blending strategy with execution. Your ability to create measurable and predictable pipelines is key to fueling company growth. You are comfortable with hands-on leadership, guiding your team through the challenges of a rapidly growing healthtech startup.
What you'll do
As the Director of Demand Generation, you will own and scale NimbleRx's end-to-end demand engine. Your responsibilities will include driving pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies and programs that engage potential customers at every stage of the funnel. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in your initiatives.
You will analyze data to inform your strategies, ensuring that your demand generation efforts are both effective and efficient. Your role will involve experimenting with different approaches to find the best methods for reaching and converting potential customers. You will also be responsible for reporting on the success of your initiatives, using metrics to demonstrate impact and guide future efforts.
