You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights that drive business performance. What you'll do
As the Director of Value Services Business Planning, Analytics & Operations, you will own the business operations framework that supports the Value Services team. This includes managing bookings and revenue forecasting, optimizing capacity, and conducting performance analytics to ensure the achievement of financial targets. You will lead a team of analysts and operations managers, guiding them in their efforts to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
You will partner closely with business leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and improve margins. Your role will involve regular reporting on key performance indicators and facilitating discussions around operational improvements.
