Crusoe is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to design and execute a scalable sales operation model. You'll partner with executive leadership to drive predictable growth and align incentives across teams. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in sales strategy execution.

You are a highly motivated and analytical leader with a strong background in revenue operations. You thrive in high-growth environments and have a proven track record of designing and executing sales strategies that drive predictable growth. Your attention to detail and strategic mindset enable you to empower teams to exceed their targets. You understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with incentive compensation programs and have experience in capacity planning and target setting.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. You are comfortable establishing and monitoring KPIs and dashboards to track performance and ensure alignment with company revenue goals. Your ability to analyze market data and internal equity will help you design effective compensation plans that motivate and retain top talent.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and execution of Crusoe's sales operation model, ensuring it aligns with the company's revenue goals. You will partner with executive leadership to translate these goals into scalable sales plans and coverage models. Your responsibilities will include leading annual and quarterly sales planning processes, including capacity modeling, territory design, and quota setting. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Enablement teams to align incentives and execution strategies.
You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track sales performance and ensure that all customer-facing roles are equipped to exceed their targets. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing the effectiveness of sales strategies and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance. You will also be responsible for launching high-impact programs that drive sales growth and enhance team performance.
