What you'll do

In this role, you will build and develop a world-class FP&A team that is integral to Axon's mission. You will own the annual budget process, ensuring that all key inputs driving the corporate forecast model are accurate and timely. You will partner with leaders across the organization to refine strategic outlooks and support funding requests, playing a crucial role in the decision-making process. Your insights will help shape the financial direction of the company, and you will be responsible for evaluating and driving standardization of processes and systems across functions.
