What you'll do

As a Content Developer at Coupa, you will create and maintain best-in-class eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led content for Coupa Product training. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure that the training materials are accurate and aligned with the latest product updates. Your role will involve designing engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse audiences, including customers, partners, and employees.

You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments based on learner feedback and performance metrics. This may involve conducting needs assessments and utilizing data analytics to inform your content development strategies. You will also play a key role in facilitating training sessions, ensuring that participants are engaged and able to apply what they learn effectively.
