Experience in the spend management or procurement industry is a plus, as is familiarity with community-generated AI technologies. A background in event management will also be beneficial, particularly in organizing large-scale marketing events like Inspire Tokyo.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Japan Marketing, you will spearhead regional marketing efforts, developing targeted plans that align with Coupa's overall business strategy. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities for lead generation and create impactful marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement. Your role will involve managing the execution of various marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, and event planning. You will oversee the planning and execution of flagship events, ensuring they deliver value to attendees and enhance Coupa's brand presence in Japan. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and improve ROI. You will also be responsible for managing the Account Development function, ensuring that leads are effectively nurtured through the sales funnel.
