Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with sales teams and cross-functional partners, ensuring that marketing programs align with overall business goals. You are data-driven and can analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies for better ROI. You are passionate about design and technology, and you believe in Figma's mission to make design accessible to all.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will set the demand generation and field marketing strategy for Figma in Japan. You will build and execute localized marketing programs that support international marketing goals, focusing on driving brand awareness and pipeline generation. Collaborating closely with the Commercial Sales teams, you will create initiatives that foster personal connections with potential customers. You will analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure that marketing efforts are effective and impactful. Additionally, you will partner with Product Marketing, Brand, and Paid Marketing teams to create cohesive marketing programs that resonate with Mid-Market and SMB audiences.
