Who you are

You have a strong background in managing executive-level customer relationships, ideally with experience in technology or software solutions. Your ability to engage with C-level executives and facilitate high-impact interactions is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative environments and understand the importance of teamwork in achieving business objectives. You are detail-oriented and can prepare comprehensive agendas and follow-ups for executive meetings, ensuring that all interactions are productive and aligned with customer goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

What you'll do

As the Executive Sponsorship Accounts Director at Coupa, you will be responsible for orchestrating executive-level customer engagement across the company’s most strategic accounts. This role requires you to work closely with the Product and Technology organization, ensuring that customer interactions are value-driven and outcome-oriented. You will prepare executives for high-impact customer interactions, including briefings and agendas, and follow up to ensure that objectives are met. Partnering with Key Account teams, you will enable internal executive sponsors to engage effectively with customer executives, ensuring clear objectives and engagement plans are established. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience and driving business success through strategic partnerships.
