What you'll do

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Coupa, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our service delivery and post-sales operations. You will be responsible for gathering requirements from various stakeholders and designing scalable processes that ensure our PSA tool and Service Cloud environment provide a comprehensive view of the customer journey.

You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Professional Services, and Finance teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.

You will also be tasked with ensuring that our systems are effectively integrated and that data flows seamlessly between departments — this will require you to work closely with IT and other technical teams to ensure that our tools are optimized for performance and usability.

In addition, you will be responsible for training and supporting team members in the use of our systems — your expertise will help empower others to leverage technology effectively in their roles. You will also monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
