You have a strong background in business analysis, particularly within logistics or operations, and possess the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for transitioning existing logistics reports from the Korean team and designing dashboards that cover all aspects of the delivery process, including first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile operations. You will collaborate closely with logistics specialists and hub managers to identify areas for improvement in delivery performance, focusing on enhancing the Promise Delivery Date (PDD) metrics. Your analytical skills will be crucial in monitoring key performance indicators and implementing solutions that elevate customer satisfaction. You will also engage with logistics leadership to drive strategic initiatives that support Coupang's growth in Taiwan. Your role will involve regular reporting and presenting findings to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned on operational goals.
