You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in logistics and operations, with a proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to completion. Your ability to define clear objectives and key results (OKRs) ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and focused on success. You excel in building robust reporting frameworks that provide end-to-end visibility across various logistics operations, enabling teams to make informed decisions quickly.

You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including logistics specialists and management, to identify and prioritize operational defects and bottlenecks. Your analytical mindset allows you to convert data insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable improvements in performance. You are proficient in using tools like Tableau and Power BI to create dashboards that highlight key metrics and facilitate data-driven discussions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the logistics program portfolio, overseeing the entire process from first to last mile. You will define the scope of projects, establish workstreams, and set success metrics to ensure that all initiatives are executed effectively. Leading the transition and expansion of operations from Korea to Taiwan will be a critical part of your responsibilities, requiring you to design unified reporting systems that integrate various logistics components into a cohesive framework.

You will partner with logistics leadership to enhance operational excellence, focusing on identifying defects and removing bottlenecks that hinder performance. Your role will involve building and maintaining dashboards and operational reports that surface issues promptly, allowing for quick resolution and continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for converting analytics into clear decisions, assigning ownership, and implementing standard operating procedure changes as necessary.
