What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the execution and coordination of capacity planning models for last mile logistics, ensuring they align with operational goals. You will own the daily and monthly manpower and asset planning processes, collaborating with operations teams to ensure timely and effective execution. Your responsibilities will include analyzing driver performance and cost models to identify productivity gaps and optimize route and area-level efficiency.

You will also be tasked with driving operational efficiency through data-driven workforce and performance analysis. This involves developing and implementing strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs, ultimately contributing to Coupang's growth in Taiwan. You will play a crucial role in shaping the logistics operations and ensuring that they meet the demands of the business and its customers.
