Who you are
You have a strong background in logistics and operations management, with a focus on capacity planning and performance analysis. Your experience includes establishing key performance indicators and benchmarks that drive efficiency in last mile and middle mile logistics. You are adept at integrating sales forecasts into planning processes and have a keen analytical mindset that allows you to measure and improve driver performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with operations teams to execute planning models effectively. Your strategic thinking enables you to connect with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to transform sales forecasts into actionable logistics expansion plans. You understand the importance of workforce planning tools and are skilled at developing them to optimize operations.
Desirable
Experience in e-commerce logistics or a similar fast-paced environment would be a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies can enhance your ability to drive performance improvements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for logistics operations. You will prepare and share daily and monthly capacity planning models, ensuring that manpower and asset planning align with operational needs. Collaborating with various teams, you will execute logistics strategies that support Coupang's growth in Taiwan. Your responsibilities will include analyzing driver performance across multiple cost models, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. You will also be responsible for connecting with S&OP to gather sales forecasts, which will inform your logistics planning efforts.
