Who you are
You have a strong background in capacity planning and resource optimization, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technical program management role. You understand the complexities of scaling infrastructure and can balance service, infrastructure, financial, and business constraints effectively. Your analytical skills allow you to develop and analyze business and technical data to inform high-level executive decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with diverse engineering and business teams to achieve company-level impact. You are committed to sustainability and operational excellence, aligning your work with the mission of driving meaningful innovation in cloud infrastructure.
What you'll do
As a Capacity Planning Manager at Crusoe, you will own and manage services and plans to efficiently scale compute, network, and storage infrastructure. You will implement end-to-end capacity planning processes, ensuring that resources are allocated and optimized effectively to support the expansion of Crusoe's AI cloud capabilities. Your role will involve driving executive decision-making by developing and analyzing critical data and scenarios that inform infrastructure strategies.
