You have extensive experience in customer experience design and management, ideally with a focus on e-commerce or retail environments. Your leadership skills shine as you manage and mentor a team of customer experience specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and alignment with customer-centric goals. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure that customer-centric thinking is embedded throughout the organization.
