What you'll do

As the Sales Director for Taiwan R&D and Quality, you will lead the strategic expansion and execution of Vault Development Cloud and Quality Cloud. Your focus will be on market development and ensuring long-term customer success in Taiwan. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, establishing strategic partnerships with key industry players and delivering Veeva's cutting-edge platform to enhance their operations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer success, to align sales strategies with product offerings. Your role will involve identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and executing plans to achieve revenue targets. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding your sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.

Your success will be measured by your ability to drive customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that clients realize the full value of Veeva's solutions. You will participate in industry events and conferences to represent Veeva and build relationships with potential customers. Your insights will help shape product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that Veeva remains at the forefront of the life sciences industry.
