What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Coupang's sellers by managing their sales activities and ensuring they are compensated for any losses incurred. You will review and modify logistics product information based on standardized operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with e-commerce laws and Coupang's terms. Your daily tasks will include assessing seller compensation requests and communicating with sellers through online channels to provide assistance and resolve issues. You will also be required to visit the headquarters on your first day to receive the necessary equipment for your role, including a laptop. While working remotely, you may need to return to the office for training or equipment repairs as necessary. Your role is crucial in maintaining seller satisfaction and supporting Coupang's mission to enhance customer experiences.
