What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for navigating through product information and detail pages to verify their suitability for sale on Coupang's platform. You will review incoming reports regarding sellers and products based on standardized SOPs, ensuring that all claims are thoroughly examined. You will take necessary actions based on these evaluations and reflect them in the system, maintaining accurate records of seller interactions and compliance checks. Your role will also involve communicating with sellers through designated online channels, providing them with the support they need to succeed on the platform. You will be part of a team that focuses on planning and operating compensation systems for sellers, ensuring that all processes align with e-commerce laws and Coupang's terms of service.
