Overview
Coupang is hiring a Product Manager for the Coupang Eats (Japan) team to oversee catalog enhancement operations. You'll be responsible for improving customer order experiences and maintaining content quality standards. This role requires 5+ years of experience in O2O/platform/service operations.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in O2O, platform, or service operations, demonstrating a strong ability to manage and enhance operational processes. Your fluency in Japanese allows you to communicate effectively in a business context, supported by at least 7 years of living experience in Japan, giving you a deep understanding of local culture and business practices.
You possess a proven track record of designing and improving operational processes, leading to increased efficiency and productivity. Your analytical thinking enables you to structure and interpret complex data, allowing you to identify core issues and develop effective solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will quickly identify and structurally improve issues related to stores, products, and catalogs that directly impact customer order experiences. You will establish content quality guidelines to maintain consistency and reliability of product information, continuously enhancing operational processes.
You will set up efficient and stable operational processes for updating content requests from various partner stores, managing productivity and KPI tracking for the operations team. Leading projects that improve operational efficiency and customer experience, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including internal and external partners as well as global teams.
