What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the product vision and strategy for Coupang's Labour Management System. You will work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to define product requirements and prioritize features that enhance workforce planning and engagement. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with customer needs. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
