Who you are
You have a strong background in quality assurance management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing quality governance frameworks. Your experience includes leading teams of QA specialists, ensuring compliance with global policies, and maintaining high standards of integrity in operations. You are proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and BI tools, which you use to drive decision-making and process improvements. Your familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk enhances your ability to manage customer engagement effectively.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, and you have experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Your certifications in Quality Management, such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or CQE, demonstrate your commitment to quality excellence. You thrive in collaborative settings and are skilled at communicating complex quality standards to diverse teams.
What you'll do
As the IP Operations QA Manager, you will be responsible for building and overseeing the quality governance framework for the IPO team. You will lead a dedicated team of QA specialists, ensuring that every decisionโfrom seller gating to counterfeit detection and appeal reviewsโis accurate, consistent, and compliant with our global policies. Your mission is to act as the "second line of defense," ensuring that our agents maintain the highest standards of integrity while protecting customers and brand owners on our platform.
You will proactively monitor brand listings to detect and remove counterfeit products, ensuring a safe and consistent shopping experience for customers. Additionally, you will vet seller distribution channels through pre- and post-gating reviews to ensure only authorized and compliant listings enter the marketplace. Conducting forensic reviews of seller appeals to verify the authenticity of supply chain documentation will also be a key responsibility.
Your role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality assurance framework for the IPO team. This includes defining clear quality standards, evaluation criteria, and performance metrics that align with business goals. You will also be responsible for process auditing and evaluation, ensuring that all operations meet the established quality benchmarks.
