What you'll do

As the Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance, you will oversee the daily execution of Coupang's intellectual property protection mission. You will lead a team of agents, ensuring that every ticket related to counterfeit detection, seller gating review, or IPR report is handled efficiently and accurately. You will collaborate closely with the IPO Manager to develop strategies that enhance the team's effectiveness and improve operational processes.

You will be responsible for conducting forensic audits of supply chain documentation to resolve disputes and mitigate legal risks. Your role will involve training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. You will also be tasked with analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implementing best practices across the team.
