You have a strong background in quality assurance and project management, with experience in coordinating cross-functional tasks between various teams. Your expertise in tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello allows you to effectively track project milestones and ensure seamless delivery of operational improvements. You possess strong data analysis skills, particularly with Excel and Power BI, enabling you to derive insights that drive process automation and counterfeit detection logic.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing high-stakes appeals and IPR enforcement. Your ability to conduct forensic audits of supply chain documentation helps mitigate legal risks and preserve brand integrity. Proficiency in English or Korean is a significant advantage, as it enhances your communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

You are familiar with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, which you apply to enhance operational efficiency. Your project management certifications, such as PMP or Agile, demonstrate your commitment to best practices in managing projects and leading teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution by supporting the implementation of key IPO initiatives. You will coordinate tasks across Policy, Data, and Ops teams, ensuring that project milestones are tracked and operational improvements are delivered seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include managing high-stakes appeals and conducting forensic audits to resolve disputes and mitigate legal risks.

You will be instrumental in executing a dual-layered approach of proactive defense and forensic verification, which includes IP monitoring to remove counterfeits and vetting distribution channels. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams to enhance process automation and counterfeit detection logic, ensuring that Coupang maintains its commitment to brand integrity and marketplace trust.
