You have a strong background in SEO and social media management, with at least 5 years of experience in enhancing digital visibility and managing online reputation. Your technical mastery of SEO tools and strategies allows you to conduct thorough search visibility audits and sentiment analysis, ensuring that brand messages are accurately represented across major platforms. You are skilled in crisis management, adept at reshaping online conversations and combating misinformation to drive positive sentiment for the brand. Your narrative formation skills enable you to craft compelling stories that resonate with audiences and enhance brand perception.
You possess a deep understanding of social media dynamics and have successfully managed social media channels, including YouTube, to engage audiences and promote brand initiatives. Your analytical mindset allows you to measure outcomes effectively, translating data into actionable insights that inform strategy. You are a collaborative team player, capable of coordinating efforts between internal teams and external agencies to achieve measurable results in reputation, rankings, and reach.
Desirable
Experience with AI-generated content and tools is a plus, as you will be responsible for ensuring Coupang's brand is prominently surfaced in AI-generated summaries.
