You have a background in account management or customer success, ideally within the education or technology sectors — you understand the nuances of building relationships with partners and driving their success on a platform. You are a customer-first builder who thrives in a collaborative environment, moving fast and simplifying processes to achieve impactful results.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and metrics that matter for partner growth — you can identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive engagement and revenue. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Tier 2 and 3 partners, focusing on their growth and success on Coursera's platform. You will engage with partners to understand their needs, launch their programs, and provide ongoing support to ensure they achieve their goals. You will analyze performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner experiences and drive revenue growth.
You will work closely with the Growth Accounts team to develop strategies that enhance partner engagement and retention. Your role will involve regular communication with partners, providing them with insights and resources to maximize their impact on the platform. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and tools that support partner success across the organization.
