You have a strong sales track record in the B2B SaaS space, demonstrating your ability to exceed targets and drive growth. Your prospecting skills are top-notch, allowing you to identify and engage potential clients effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of navigating complex sales cycles. You are a team player who collaborates well with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Experience teams to deliver technical demos and presentations. Your communication skills enable you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
Desirable
Experience with Salesforce is a plus, as you will be documenting and tracking client interactions and lead follow-through. Familiarity with customer success strategies and techniques for upselling and cross-selling will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Growth Account Executive at Fullstory, you will own a territory and be responsible for actively prospecting new business opportunities within SMBs. You will drive adoption of Fullstory's solutions by expanding the existing customer base through upselling, cross-selling, and mitigating churn.
