What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers — your primary goal will be to ensure they achieve meaningful outcomes through their influencer marketing programs. You will guide customers in aligning their objectives with CreatorIQ's platform capabilities, driving long-term adoption and success. You will proactively engage with clients throughout the customer lifecycle, building multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins, providing insights and recommendations based on customer data, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and engineering, to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
