What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers — your primary goal will be to ensure they achieve meaningful outcomes through their influencer marketing programs. You will guide customers in aligning their objectives with CreatorIQ's platform capabilities, driving long-term adoption and success. You will proactively engage with clients throughout the customer lifecycle, building multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins, providing insights and recommendations based on customer data, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and engineering, to relay customer feedback and influence product development. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients navigate challenges and maximize the value they derive from the platform.
