You have a proven track record in customer success, particularly within enterprise environments, where you've built and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to understand customer needs and align them with product capabilities is essential for driving long-term adoption and success. You thrive in collaborative settings and are comfortable engaging with clients both virtually and in person, ensuring they receive the support they need throughout their journey with the platform.

You are a strategic thinker who can analyze customer goals and translate them into actionable plans. Your experience in influencer marketing or related fields gives you a unique perspective on how to guide clients effectively. You are passionate about helping businesses grow and are committed to making a positive impact on their success.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers. Your primary focus will be to serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes through their influencer marketing programs. You will work closely with customers to understand their objectives and ensure they are leveraging CreatorIQ’s platform to its fullest potential.

You will proactively engage with clients throughout the customer lifecycle, building multi-threaded relationships that foster trust and collaboration. Your role will involve guiding customers in aligning their goals with the capabilities of the platform, driving adoption, and ensuring program success. You will also collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and advocate for their interests within the organization.
