Brex is hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success to lead a high-performing team focused on enterprise customers. Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within enterprise environments β your experience includes leading teams that drive customer adoption and retention, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from the services provided. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and have a knack for identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
You possess excellent leadership skills β you know how to motivate and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients sets you apart, allowing you to navigate complex situations with ease.
Your analytical mindset enables you to leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy β you are comfortable using metrics to assess team performance and customer satisfaction, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that enterprise customers achieve their desired outcomes with Brex's AI-powered spend platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ultimately driving retention and growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements. Your role will involve regular interaction with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to align on goals and expectations.
You will also be tasked with mentoring and developing your team, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, setting clear objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
