Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer strategy and engagement, ideally with 7+ years of experience in a senior role. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, professional services, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to clients. You understand the nuances of the contact center industry and are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance customer interactions.
Desirable
Experience in AI or machine learning applications within customer service is a plus. Familiarity with contact center operations and best practices will help you navigate the challenges faced by our clients. You are comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and can articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
