You have a proven track record in managing high-value client relationships, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a strategic role within a marketing or consulting environment. You understand the nuances of B2B SaaS and tech companies, and you thrive on building durable client relationships grounded in integrity and impact. Your ability to prioritize client outcomes and long-term partnership value is paramount, and you possess a collaborative spirit that allows you to work seamlessly across teams and disciplines. You are resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where your strategic insights can drive measurable growth.
Desirable
Experience in performance marketing or integrated marketing leadership is a plus, as is familiarity with data-backed strategies and commercial discipline. You are comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders and have a knack for aligning diverse teams around unified business outcomes.
What you'll do
As the Account Director, Client Strategy, you will serve as the senior strategic lead for enterprise and high-growth clients, owning executive communication and long-term partnership value. You will develop and execute renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies tied directly to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) performance. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to VP- and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring that client needs are met while aligning Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Creative, and RevOps teams around common goals. You will be responsible for driving retention and expansion, leveraging your expertise to influence client strategy and growth initiatives.
You will also be expected to operate with autonomy and commercial rigor, owning the full lifecycle of the client relationship. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be critical in ensuring client satisfaction and success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client strategies are executed effectively and that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and outcomes.
