What you'll do
As the Founding Customer Success Manager for APAC, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling the customer success function in the region. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals and challenges, ensuring they receive the maximum value from Cresta's platform. Your role will involve developing customer success strategies, creating onboarding processes, and implementing best practices to enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements. Additionally, you will analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
