You have a strong background in customer success or technical support, ideally within the AI or software industry. Your experience includes working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of the technology provided. You are comfortable with AI tools and have a proactive approach to problem-solving, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to change, especially in the rapidly evolving field of AI.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Your ability to build relationships with clients is key to your success, as you aim to foster long-term partnerships. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and followed up on promptly.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer at Deepgram, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them integrate and utilize our voice AI technologies effectively. You will conduct onboarding sessions, provide training, and offer ongoing support to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for client needs in product development discussions.

You will also be responsible for monitoring client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling additional features or services. Your role will involve creating and maintaining documentation and resources that help clients navigate our platform. You will participate in regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. Your goal is to ensure that clients are not only satisfied but also excited about the potential of our technology to transform their operations.
