Cresta is hiring an Agent Assist Product Manager to build capabilities that enhance collaboration between human and AI agents for improved customer experiences. You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in AI or customer service technologies. You are customer-centric in your thinking and design, always looking for ways to enhance user experiences and drive product success. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and execution of product strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and requirements effectively to diverse stakeholders. You are data-driven, using metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver the most value. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve both your products and your processes.

What you'll do

As the Agent Assist Product Manager, you will lead the development of features that empower both human and AI agents to work together seamlessly. You will define the product roadmap, prioritize features based on customer needs, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring that the solutions you build truly meet the needs of your users. You will work closely with customer success teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities for product enhancements. You will also coordinate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of your products to customers. Your role will involve regular engagement with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
