What you'll do

In this role, you will define and drive the product vision and strategy for Nextiva’s AI Agent Platform — your focus will be on creating intelligent, multi-channel AI agents that enhance customer communication experiences. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to go-to-market execution, ensuring that the product meets the evolving needs of businesses.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to bridge innovation with market needs — your role will involve regular communication with sales and marketing teams to align product features with customer expectations and market trends. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and analyzing feedback to inform product enhancements.
