You have a foundational understanding of UX principles and are familiar with design tools like Figma, which you will use to create compelling designs. What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in designing the end-user experiences for Crestaβs platform, which integrates AI with human agents to optimize customer interactions. You will work closely with a design supervisor to engage in the end-to-end UX process, which includes conducting user research to gather insights that inform your designs. You will create wireframes and prototypes that illustrate your design concepts, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine designs based on feedback and usability testing results. You will have the opportunity to contribute to visual design elements, ensuring that the final product is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. As you progress, you will learn how to balance user needs with technical constraints, gaining valuable experience in the product design lifecycle.
