Overview

Assembled is hiring a Sales Development Manager to build and optimize their Sales Development program. You'll manage a team of SDRs and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships. This role requires strong leadership and strategic skills.

You have a proven track record in sales development management, ideally with experience in building and scaling teams. Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship and emotional intelligence, allowing you to foster a high-performing team culture. You understand the intricacies of both outbound and inbound sales motions, and you are data-driven in your approach to strategy and operations. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve growth targets. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve team performance. You will collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with sales objectives. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and mentoring your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed. You will also be involved in setting and tracking performance metrics to measure the success of the sales development program.
