Your exceptional communication skills allow you to connect with clients effectively, whether through email, phone, or video conferencing. You are adaptable and enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, bringing creativity and innovative thinking to your role. Your project management skills enable you to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. You understand the importance of building trust and rapport with clients, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Newfront's Mid-Market and Large Group clients with their employee benefit programs. You will work closely with talented Client Managers and collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include servicing clients, managing communications, and administering benefit programs. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to unique projects that make a significant impact on client satisfaction and retention. As a Senior Client Manager, you will play a key role in fostering an inclusive and supportive team culture, where innovative ideas are encouraged and valued. You will be expected to travel occasionally to meet with clients and prospects, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships and understand their evolving needs.
