You have a proven track record in sales development and team management — you've successfully built and scaled teams that consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Your experience in coaching and developing talent is complemented by your ability to create effective playbooks and refine KPIs that drive performance.
You thrive in collaborative environments — partnering with Account Executives and Sales Leaders comes naturally to you, and you understand the importance of aligning sales development efforts with broader revenue goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions that enhance team effectiveness.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Sales Development at Crexi, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, focusing on building a high-performing culture that prioritizes quality pipeline generation. You will be responsible for developing coaching playbooks that empower your team to excel in their roles and achieve their targets.
You will work closely with Sales Leaders and Revenue Operations to ensure that the SDRs are aligned with the overall sales strategy and are consistently delivering quality leads into the sales funnel. Your role will involve regular performance assessments and providing constructive feedback to help your team grow and succeed.
In addition to team management, you will play a key role in refining KPIs and metrics that measure success within the sales development function. Your insights will help shape the direction of the team and contribute to the overall revenue strategy of Crexi.
