You have 2+ years of sales or sales development experience, ideally within the SaaS industry — you've consistently met or exceeded quotas and understand the nuances of inbound sales strategies. Your ability to coach and mentor sales representatives is proven, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can lead a team to success.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify trends and insights that can optimize sales strategies — your experience with sales tools and technologies enables you to enhance lead qualification and conversion rates effectively. You stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring that your strategies are always aligned with market conditions.
What you'll do
As the Sales Development Manager at Shopmonkey, you will develop and implement strategies to attract and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities — your role will involve optimizing lead qualification processes and improving sales conversion rates through effective use of sales tools. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between inbound sales strategies and marketing campaigns, fostering a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
