What you'll do

As a Director at CrossCountry Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in developing and building the firm's presence in the Boston market. You will lead initiatives that guide our Office of the CFO clients through the complexities of finance strategy and operational design. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your expertise to help organizations align their technology initiatives with business goals, driving innovation, and achieving operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that deliver both present and future value.
