What you'll do

As a Partner at CrossCountry Consulting, you will serve as a strategic advisor to premier clients, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored integrated solutions. You will lead client delivery efforts while also focusing on business development and account management. Your role will involve close collaboration with other service lines to ensure fully integrated outcomes for clients.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering solutions that span finance strategy, process optimization, technology enablement, system advisory and selection, and organizational design. Your leadership will guide teams in executing these solutions, ensuring that they meet the unique needs of each client.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will play a key role in developing junior team members, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow in their careers. Your contributions will not only drive value for clients but also enhance the overall capabilities of the CrossCountry team.
