Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in financial consulting, particularly in financial due diligence and M&A transactions. Your background includes working with private equity firms and corporate acquirers, where you've developed a keen understanding of financial performance and risk assessment. You thrive in collaborative environments and are dedicated to delivering high-quality analyses that drive informed decision-making. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex financial insights to clients and stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with large, complex transactions, including roll-ups, carve-outs, and divestitures is a plus. Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques will enhance your ability to contribute to client engagements. You are proactive in seeking solutions and enjoy working in a fast-paced advisory setting.
