Crusoe is hiring a Press Brake Operator for their 2nd shift to manufacture tools and components from sheet metal. This role requires the ability to operate press brake controls and ensure quality standards.
Job Description
Who you are
You are someone who is eager to learn and operate press brake controls safely. You have a keen eye for detail and can follow instructions to interpret product plans effectively. Your ability to manage materials and ensure quality inspection will be crucial in this role. You are committed to maintaining a clean work area and performing routine maintenance on the press brake. You understand the importance of producing high-quality metal parts that meet production needs.
What you'll do
As a Press Brake Operator, you will operate a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates. You will prepare, set up, and adjust the press brake according to product plans and production schedules. Ensuring that there are sufficient raw materials available will be part of your responsibilities, as well as measuring and aligning materials for use. You will inspect finished products to evaluate compliance with quality standards and specifications. Additionally, you will perform routine maintenance on the press brake and maintain a clean work area, contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.
